Revision and Refund Policy

Please Read These Terms Carefully Before Using our Service.

Refund Requests are entertained only when a formal request is raised through the “Contact Us” or email given at bottom of this web page. Any communication through social media platforms or through any other channel will not be deemed as formal communication.

Refund/Money-back Guarantee Policy

Our policy gives you the right to request reimbursement if our service failed to fulfil its duties towards you. As our service offers legitimate academic assistance, we want to be 100% sure that you leave fully satisfied! Our satisfaction rate is high. More than 95% of our customers return with consequential orders. However, sometimes things can go wrong, and in these cases, you can always refer to our refund policy. 

On some rare occasions, if The Data Science Assignment is not able to complete the project, the money paid for the order can be used by the user for next assignment.

If the user makes any claim or dispute, agency administration has a right to approve or reject the claim based on the project. Please note that refund amount will never exceed the amount of order paid by customer. 

We want to emphasize that there are only certain situations when we can offer a full refund. These are:

No Delivery / Partial Delivery / Cancellation By Customer

  • No Data Scientist/Tutor assigned yet: This is a rare situation, but sometimes it happens. The amount of the refund is always 100%. If such a situation does occur, the customer should not worry since they will be notified as soon as possible.

  • The Data Scientist/Tutor was confirmed, but you decided to cancel the order. In this case, the refund amount varies from 100% to 75%, to cover the effort of the company and the Data Scientist/Tutor in their attempt to provide you with the product and services purchased.

  • The Data Scientist/Tutor was confirmed, and over half of the remaining deadline has passed, but the customer decided to cancel the order. The amount of refund can vary between 50%-0% to cover the Data Scientist/Tutor’s and company’s efforts to accommodate your order request.

  • Late Delivery: It can only happen if the Data Scientist/Tutor gets ill or in case of other emergencies. The company will refund an appropriate amount to compensate for the late delivery. The exact amount will be discussed with the customer based on delay and the situation.

  • On-time delivery of all the orders is guaranteed. Sometimes delays can happen due to the needed materials being uploaded too late by the customer. In this situation, no refund can be granted. That is why it is always ideal to send all information regarding the task, including any additional sources that must be used all at once when placing the order initially.

Deadline Not Met:

Sometimes it is not possible to take the session or deliver the service as on discussed time because of various unseen reasons but trust we do our 100% to deliver the services as or before discussed time. In that case we will compensate you with some discounts on the next service or give some value additions in the current order. In order to work on your order, sometimes we need some login details, dataset, input/output sample or any other material and if it was not given by you on time and then obviously our delivery time might get affected and in that case there will be no refund.

Solution/Service Not As Described

  • Disputed claims: If the customer is not satisfied with the quality and specifications of the work and would like to get a refund instead, the company would be obliged to take the concerns into consideration and rectify the issues. In case the customer is still not satisfied, the agency administration will conduct an investigation. The refund claim will be approved or denied based on the result of the investigation. Keep in mind that we always want our customers to be fully satisfied. Hence, we will always do our best to treat the customer fairly and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Pre-completed Services Purchased from Library:

  • This is a non-refundable order, for section pre-completed reference guide/study materials/questions and answers available for immediate download. You cannot claim for originality because these are available for all after making payment and it’s provided to you as a reference guide at a very marginal pricing. You cannot ask for change in requirement, or solution, it will be charged extra cost in case you have some modification in existing solution or guide.

  • These are reference guides/pre-completed solutions/papers and it is available for quick download and it will be delivered to the customer just after payment within 1-2 hours or maximum 6-8 hours.

You Are Not Entitled To A Refund If:

  • A quality work than what was expected is received: Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee grades.

  • As you are aware of, we are into statistical and analytical help and online tutoring services (live tutoring including with the study material and notes), and we do not offer any guarantee of business rank/academic grades/score. The solutions that we provide are tailored as draft samples only or as a point of reference and are not ready for submission and not to be submitted directly as one’s own work.

    Note: in the case of a revision deadline, the previously mentioned delay refunds and the recalculation of the price do not apply as the end dates are different.

  • Editing, proofreading, formatting orders: Please understand that the order you place for the earlier mentioned services contains original content written by you, that may contain errors of contextual nature.

  • If your order is rejected within 24 hours due to some unseen reasons (including but not limited to unclear/blurred requirements, busy resources/staffs (data analysts, Data Scientist/Tutors) or limited technology capacity due to existing work load or server load for data processing etc. as applicable).

  • For orders with pending Partial Payments.

  • Where the task/order deadline at the time of order confirmation (when the user makes the payment against invoice) is less than or equal to 72 hours.

  • If a customer asks for some modification which is not mentioned in the original requirement at the time of order confirmation. (Requirement is changed)

  • If you follow some revisions/modifications or long follow-ups in the rework/clarification case then the refund request can’t be considered. It shows you have mutually agreed with the delivered solution/service.

  • No refund request will be entertained after the 15 days of service/solution delivery. No refund will be processed on answers/service purchased from the Library section directly.

  • Study material and notes we provide are tailored as samples draft only or as a point of reference and are not ready for submission and not to be submitted directly as one’s own work. It is for your learning only. Please keep in mind there is no guarantee.

Refund Processing

Once we agree to refund on the above cases and clauses, it will take 1-7 business days from the confirmation date. Please note, that the company can not be held responsible for your Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays occurring due to any Bank service issues.
